Because more CaCO3 is added to the formula, the stabilizer is required to have excellent lubricating performance, dispersion performance, thermal stability during processing, and high whiteness of the substrate layer, Longer production times.

CZ-135 Ca-Zn Stabilizer is composed of calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant and antioxidant as main raw materials. It is have good initial coloration and long-term thermal stability.

It is developed for PVC high-speed extrusion and high content CaCO3 formula and can produce pure white basic sheet. It has a unique coupling effect, which can improve the good dispersion of the filler, reduce mechanical wear and extend the service life of the equipment.
