Product Description

PVC Processing Aid ACR401 is prepared from acrylate monomers by emulsion polymerization process. It is mainly used to improve the processing performance of rigid PVC Plastic, promote the plasticization and melting of PVC Compound, reduce processing temperature and improve the surface gloss of products; Improve the thermal flow properties and extrusion speed of PVC resin; increase melt strength, improve elongation properties, etc. And make PVC products more uniform and improve physical properties such as mechanical strength.
