PE Wax

Polyethylene Wax( PE Wax) is the one of the most common external lubricant, is an ultra low molecular weight polyethylene consisting of ethylene monomer chains. This material is available in both HDPE and LDPE forms. PE WAX is polyethylene homopolymer wax, an excellent and consistent ingredient for end formulations to improve product physical appearance and thermal properties for a broad range of industries, including hot melt adhesives, PVC plastic, color masterbatches, rubber and thermoplastics road markings, etc. 

1. High softening point, low viscosity, large molecular weight and small heat loss.

2. It can delay plasticization and reduce torque.

3. It is easy to disperse and improves the gloss of the product.

4. Good compatibility and resistance to precipitation.

5. Good mold release, good metal peelability, and long continuous production time.

6. It has good thermal stability in the later process. No precipitation or migration.

Widely used in PVC products ,Lead, calcium zinc composite stabilizer ,Hot melt adhesive ,Road marking paint, Powder coating ,Filling masterbatch.
